1. Who this covers

This policy explains how Memetics ("Memetics," "we," "us") handles information collected through memetics.pro and the forms on it. Memetics is operated by Markenzy Pierre from Orlando / Kissimmee, Florida, United States.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an application, book a discovery call, or send a message, we collect what you type into the form:

• Name (first and last)
• Business name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Website URL, where you provide one
• Whatever you write in the message field
• Your consent selections, and the date and time you submitted them

Information collected automatically. Standard web request data — IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. If analytics is enabled on this site, that data is collected in aggregate to understand which pages get used. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell any of it.

What we don't collect. We don't ask for payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or any other sensitive category on this website.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your application, booking request, or message
• To run the discovery call and produce the deliverable you asked for
• To follow up about the specific request you submitted
• To keep records of consent, as required for telephone and messaging compliance
• To maintain and improve the website

We do not use your information to build lookalike advertising audiences, and we do not enrich it with purchased third-party data.

4. SMS and phone consent

When you check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Memetics about the request you submitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and it does not affect any service you have already engaged.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers required to operate the business, and only to the extent they need it:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — the CRM that receives form submissions and stores contact records, and the platform used to send email and SMS
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this website
• Google — web fonts served to your browser, and website analytics where enabled
• Microsoft — business email

Each of these processes data under its own terms. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad pixels. If website analytics is enabled, it sets a first-party cookie to distinguish repeat visits from new ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals where your browser sends them.

7. How long we keep it

Contact records are kept for as long as there is an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and after that for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and consent-record obligations. Consent records for telephone and messaging are retained for at least four years, which is the standard retention window for that kind of record. You can ask us to delete your record sooner — see below.

8. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your record
• Stop contacting you by any or all channels

Email info@memetics.pro and we'll action it within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep the minimum record required to honor an opt-out request.

Florida residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, have these rights by statute. We extend the same rights to everyone regardless of where you live. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them.

9. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Contact records live inside the CRM behind account authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something — but the practices here are the same ones we recommend to clients, and access is kept to the minimum number of people who need it.

10. Children

This website is for business owners and operators. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.

11. Third-party links

This site links to external pages, including client and demo websites. Once you follow one of those links you're on someone else's site, under their policy, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes that affect how we use information you already submitted will be communicated directly to the email address on your record.
